Production Times
Current production times on all products are still at 2 days so if you place an order Monday it will leave us on a Wednesday.
USPS Shipping
Obviously we have no control over the speed of a shipment once it is passed to USPS but we are starting to see a slow down in speed of shipments and also they are starting to not scan some packages in an effort to speed their service up so the effects of this are that we can see no updates on a package until it is delivered.
Software Status
Currently no software issues reported and we don't plan to do any major upgrades during holiday season however just to let you all know we are getting very close with full personalization for the Shopify app and ETSY integration work is underway with a tentative date of late January
